    Our Management Service Package


    Our Management Service provides you with the comfort of stepping away from the day to day handling of tenancy challenges.

    An initial assessment of your needs will be undertaken, following which RCL will discuss suitability for instruction.

    Our comprehensive service includes:
    • Day to day management of queries from tenants.
    • Assessment of any maintenance and repairs that may be necessary, submitted for your agreement and payable by the Landlord.
    • Selecting and appointing a suitable contractor (if required).
    • Agreement of a minimum pre-authorised expense for any emergency work necessary to protect you, the tenant, property or your neighbours, includes instruction to relevant contractors.
    • Responsible for monthly rental collection from the tenants.
    • Prepare and submit quarterly statements for rents received.
    • Quarterly inspection of the property, followed by report to the Landlord.
    • Other bespoke management services would be considered (STC).
